4-H CENTER

The 4-H Center features a small kitchen with stainless steel counters, a three-bay stainless steel sink and a large two door refrigerator, a microwave and small ice machine.

BUILDING DETAILS

The 4-H Center features a small kitchen with stainless steel counters, a three-bay stainless steel sink and a large two door refrigerator, a microwave and small ice machine.

The office area consists of one room that has a reception counter as well as counter windows with room for two eight-foot tables.

The building has four exits with a large 12-foot high and 16-foot wide overhead door on each end.

Restrooms are on the southeast side of the building and each have a separate room with a shower and doors that lead to the outside.

The gazebo in front of the building can be used when renting the 4-H Center.

The building has two AC units that are controlled separately.

The attached Building Rental Rules & Regulations will be enforced on all rental events.

ONLINE RENTAL CONTRACT

In order for our event to be confirmed and added to our calendar, the Rental Contract and a $100 security deposit check are to be mailed to: Seward County Ag Society, PO Box 453, Seward, NE 68434 or dropped in the deposit box on the west side of the Ag Pavilion. The remaining balance and Certificate of Liability Insurance will be due at least two weeks prior to the event.

NOTE: All dates for the event (including setup and cleanup) must be included on this contract. The facilities are not rented on an hourly basis. The minimum rental time is one day. There are no exceptions to this.

The Seward County Agricultural Society requires that you have them listed as “Additional Insured” for all dates of the event. A current Certificate of Liability Insurance is due no later than two weeks prior to the event by mail or email. The instructions for this can be found at www.sewardcountyfairgrounds.com under “Rentals”. Click on “Building Rules & Regulations”.
