Rentals

Make sure to read all of our Building Rental Rules & Regulations as they will be enforced on all rental events. The following must be met before a contract date(s) can be reserved:

  • A completed Rental Contract
  • At least a $100 security deposit check
  • A $500 damage deposit check (postdate it with your event date)

The final rental payment and general liability insurance must be received at least one week before your event to gain entry to the building!

Alcohol Consumption
For events with more than 75 guests expected, we require a licensed Liquor Vendor to serve alcohol. Keg beer is not allowed. Beginning January, 2021, any event that needs bar service will be required to use one of the following Seward County Ag Society’s approved bar vendors. Liquor vendors are required to pay the Seward County Ag Society 10% of their gross sales within 14 days of the event.

For rentals that include the kitchen, we do not provide any supplies except for coffee makers. Please download our Kitchen Supply Checklist so you don’t forget something you may need. Roasters are discouraged.

Audio/Visual Needs
Any and all audio/visual needs must be requested at least one week in advance to ensure the SCAS is able to meet your needs. We do not accept Apple Macintosh videos or computer hookups. Any needs that are not able to be met by the SCAS will be the sole responsibility of the renter to provide.

Ag Pavilion

Ag Pavilion

Ag Pavilion is a 1¼ story 22,000 square foot open span building located at the front of the Seward County Fairgrounds. The building is heated and air-conditioned with separate controls for each side of the main floor, which seats up to 700 people with dividing curtains for smaller groups.

Harvest Hall

Harvest Hall

Harvest Hall is the newest addition to the Seward County Fairgrounds. This 14,300 square foot building is divided into two assembly rooms. The large room is 70′ x 120′ (8400 sq. ft.) and the smaller room is 59′ x 100′ (5900 sq. ft).

The 4-H Center features a small kitchen with a three-bay utility sink and a large 3 door refrigerator.

Seward County Fair Grounds

Campground

If you are in need of RV camping, there are 44 hook-ups located on the Seward County Fairgrounds. Camping spots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Grandstand and Arena

Grandstand & Arena

The Seward County Fairgrounds boasts an excellent grandstand facility. The west grandstand seats approximately 1,000 people with bleacher seating included. The west grandstand was updated in 2006 to meet ADA regulations and includes restroom facilities.
